Karen Young, a distinguished expert in child psychology and emotional well-being, will be hosting two highly anticipated speaking events in Devonport this June. These events aim to provide valuable insights and practical strategies to parents, educators, and community members, equipping them with the necessary tools to nurture brilliance and strengthen young minds.
The first event, titled “Empowerment Unleashed – Strengthening Young People Against Anxiety”, will take place on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 7pm. The event will be held at the paranaple convention centre. This engaging session will focus on empowering young individuals to combat anxiety, equipping them with invaluable tools to navigate the challenges they may face.
Karen will return on Wednesday June 28, 2023, at 10:30am to present “NURTURING BRILLIANCE – Supporting Learning, Behaviour, and Emotional Regulation in All Kids and Teens”. Delving into the critical aspects of supporting children’s learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation, offering guidance on creating an optimal environment for their development.
