Building Maintenance Serviceperson

Devonport City Council is offering a rewarding opportunity to join the Building Maintenance Team.  This permanent full-time position is based from the Lawrence Drive Works Depot, you will work within the team contributing to the maintenance activities and construction work associated with Council’s building assets.  At times, the position will involve tasks within other work teams and requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic and team orientated person.

Community and Sporting Services Supervisor

Working within our Community Services Department, you will support management to oversee the functions of Community Services and Sport and Recreation Services to ensure that Devonport City Council builds a vibrant and strong community through a diverse range of strategies and initiatives.

This role represents a unique opportunity for a candidate with strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in strategic planning, facilitation, community engagement and project development. We are located on the Mersey River in the heart of the beautiful North West Coast of Tasmania.
