Devonport City Council offices will be closed from 5:00pm Friday, 22 December 2023, reopening on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. For emergency situations during the festive period please phone 6423 3074.
HOUSEHOLD WASTE & RECYCLING COLLECTIONS
Collections scheduled for Monday, 25 December will be collected a day later, on Tuesday, 26 December 2023. Collections scheduled for Monday, 1 January 2024 will also be collected a day later, on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. There will be no other changes to scheduled collection dates. Please place bins out the night before to allow for early morning collection.
SPREYTON WASTE TRANSFER STATION
The Spreyton Waste Transfer Station will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Standard operating hours will apply for all other days over this period.
Monday – Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Saturday – Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm.
BASS STRAIT MARITIME CENTRE
The Bass Strait Maritime Centre will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. It will be open on New Years Day from 10am – 3pm.
PARANAPLE ARTS CENTRE
The paranaple arts centre will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. It will be open on New Years Day from 9am – 2pm.
