Novotel Devonport Symphony on the Waterfront Site Map Released

Here are some FAQ for the Saturday’s official opening for the Waterfront Precinct and the Novotel Devonport ^[2] Symphony ^[3] on the Waterfront event that follows.

The official opening for the Waterfront Precinct begins at 5.45pm and the Symphony on the Waterfront event begins at 7pm on Saturday, 11 February at the Waterfront Precinct in Devonport.

Ticket allocation is exhausted for the event.

There are 3 ticket checkpoints when entering the site, see the map below.

Seating is not allocated, so you may sit anywhere in the Purple Zone in the site map below.

Yes, you may bring camping chairs to the event, but please be mindful of the views of patrons sitting on blankets. We encourage blankets to the front and chairs to the rear. Sunshades and umbrellas are prohibited.

Yes, there is an Accessible Drop-off Zone and Accessible seating area, both are marked on the site map below.

Both printed and digital tickets will be accepted for entry. Due to the volume of tickets issued, a printed ticket is preferrable to minimise delays entering the event.
Can I bring my dog?

This is a pet-free event, with the exception of service animals.

The event is not a licenced event so alcohol is not sold at the event. The public may bring alcohol but at their own risk as standard public drinking laws apply. As with any public space, people that consume alcohol do so at their risk.

Yes, there will be security onsite for the duration of the event. Bag checks will not be conducted.

Food vendors will be operating in Market Square from 3pm.
