Located in Spreyton, the precinct is home to the Spreyton Football and Cricket Clubs, Devon Netball Association, Mersey Valley Pony Club, Devonport Lapidary Club, Gymnastics and the Spreyton Hall. Featuring two main ovals with A-Grade refurbished synthetic cricket pitches (GPS marked), Baseball Diamond (ground use only) playground, and ample parking.
