In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council hereby provides notice of its intention to dispose of public land at 3-9 Mersey Road Spreyton (being 23,780m2 and described in Certificate of Title 39640/1) and 31-49 Mersey Road Spreyton (being 9.833m2 and described in part of Certificate of Title 157646/1).
It is intended that the public land be made to the Department of Children & Young People for the purposes of establishing a new North West Support School campus.
