NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC LAND
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of Council’s intention to dispose of land at Wright Street East Devonport, being 920m2, and more particularly described in Certificate of Title 134138/5.
A Plan of the land is available for public inspection at Council Offices, 137 Rooke Street Devonport, during normal business hours or on Council’s website.
Objections to the proposed disposal may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 604, Devonport 7310, by 5:00pm on Tuesday 14 October 2025.
