Wild Minds – Discovery Days – Arboretum

Curious about nature? Want to discover the secret world of birds, bugs, trees, rocks and more? Welcome to kid’s adventure and exploration days at Wild Minds.

Wild Minds is a series of nature-based discovery programs based in the beautiful Tasmanian Arboretum. These programs of discovery provide creative, engaging, and focused education experiences designed for persons from 7-16 years. Together with their parents/guardians/caretakers, the young explorers are encouraged to come and discover more about nature with the help of our knowledgeable Wild Mind guides.

The programs are free. Families are also encouraged to bring their lunch and enjoy the Arboretum to it’s fullest after the program.

When: Sunday 26 April 10am-12pm.  Wild Wings
When: Saturday 18 July 10am-12pm. Wild Winter
When: October (date to be confirmed) 10am-12pm. Wild Bug Hunt & Art fun
Cost: Arboretum entrance.
