Speed Dating with Composers

Spend a high‑energy day of music‑making with three acclaimed artists, Daniel J Townsend, Jenny Mitchell and Meg Washington, and bring songs to life in a single-day workshop and performance outcome.

You will rotate through focused, hands‑on sessions with each artist, supported by Alex Morse (Exhale Choir). You’ll learn directly from the songwriters, hear the stories behind their work and prepare pieces to share with a live audience in a special evening concert.

There are no auditions, and all voice types are welcome. This is an inviting, collaborative day designed for singers who enjoy learning quickly, working closely with artists and experiencing the thrill of performing together.

Throughout the day, you’ll explore new music, rehearse with your choir that’s been built from the day, and shape a polished performance in time for the evening event: a joyful celebration of creativity, connection, and collective sound.
