PORTAL: Capturing 24 hours of coastal living through your lens
PORTAL enters us into the many moments that make up our lives on the North West Coast of Tasmania and you’re invited to take part in this special community photography project by sharing a photograph from our 2023 Capture Day:

SATURDAY 23 SEPTEMBER 2023
Take a photograph on the Spring equinox, the day the Sun crosses the equator heading south. Photographs will be included in a public exhibition at the Devonport Regional Gallery.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
> Step 1: REGISTER FOR A REMINDER by Thursday 21 September 2023.
Email us at [email protected]. Let us know your name, number and email and that you are registering to participate in Portal 2023.
> Step 2: CAPTURE AN IMAGE on Saturday 23 September 2023.
Photograph a moment that captures life on the coast in spring on our capture day.
> Step 3: SUBMIT & SHARE by Monday 9 October 2023.

Please include your full name, contact information and details about your photo (e.g.time, location, subject, and the story behind the photo).
> Step 4: GO SEE THE EXHIBITION
Between 27 October and 25 November 2023. Visit the Devonport Regional Gallery to see your photograph as part of the Portal 2023 exhibition.
