DFW – Marion Storm Seafood Degustation Dinner

Marion Storm Cafe will showcase local seafood with a 6-course seafood degustation menu.

Tim Hess from Peter & Una Seafoods will be our guest speaker, discussing the local fishing and seafood industry and the history of Peter & Una (and Petuna) Seafoods.

• Fresh Oysters with champagne dressing
• Spicy Prawn cocktail with avocado
• Smoked salmon toast with ginseng cream cheese & pickled fennel
• Lobster roll with butterleaf and house-cocktail sauce
• Tomato and Seafood soup
• Chocolate mousse with crushed meringue, raspberry sorbet, fruit, and nuts

Cocktails, Wine, Beer, soft drinks, and coffee available on the night
