Previous Status:                 Construction 2019/20

Proposed Budget:              $95,000 (100% grant from Drought Impact Program)

Project Objective:              Asset addition

Project Justification:        The Parks team have noticed people using the nearby trees and shrubbery to relieve themselves in this location, leaving bad odours around the park area for other users

Project Scope:                      Construction of a single accessible unisex toilet including link to existing path network. A composting tank will be required as there is no nearby sewer connection

The southern part of the path has a handrail, but a risk assessment has recommended that the handrail be extended to reduce the risk of falls. In addition, the existing handrail is approaching end of life and should be renewed at the same time.
