Budget Consultation 2026-2027

As part of the 2026/2027 budget consultation process Devonport City Council is inviting community members to put forward their ideas for projects and initiatives which they feel will benefit the community.

This is an opportunity for interested community members to help shape the delivery of City projects and infrastructure. We are encouraging residents and ratepayers to put forward any ideas and suggestions they may have for projects to improve our City.

Every suggestion made will be considered by Council on its merits as part of the annual budgeting cycle.

Feedback and budget submissions can be made in a number of ways:

  • By completing a form available from Council’s Customer Service Centre, or
  • In writing to PO Box 604, Devonport, TAS, 7310
  • By completing the digital form below.

The consultation period will close on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 5pm.

Please note that due to the volume of submissions received, a written response to your submission will not be provided.  All submissions received will be considered as part of the budget review process.
