Waste Management Customer Service Officer
| Position Purpose: | Location: Devonport City Council Waste Transfer Station – Bay Drive Spreyton Devonport City Council is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Waste Management Customer Service Officer to join our Waste Management team. This hands-on role plays an important part in delivering an efficiently run waste facility that supports our community and promotes waste minimisation and sustainability. Based at the Spreyton Waste Transfer Station, you will provide courteous and professional service while ensuring the safe and effective day-to-day operation of the site. You will also contribute to general yard maintenance and operations, and operate equipment such as ride-on mower, front-end loader, and undertake truck driving duties as part of a multi skilled team. Relevant licences or qualifications are desirable but not essential. This position requires availability to work a fortnightly weekend roster. Key Responsibilities
