Position Purpose:

We have an excellent career opportunity for a full time Building Asset & Projects Officer.  This position is responsible for undertaking Asset Management planning and inspection activities, coordination of planned and reactive maintenance, and the management of assigned capital & major operational projects across a broad range of Council’s building assets.
