The permit holder agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified and to hold harmless the Council, its servants and agents and each of them from and against all actions, claims, charges, expenses and damages whatsoever, which may be brought about or made or claimed against it by any of them arising out of or in any way related to their food vending activities.
The permit holder agrees to comply with the requirements of food safety under the Food Safety Standards of Australia/New Zealand and the Food Act 2003 (TAS).
I agree to accept the terms and conditions of the Mobile Vending Permit issued to me in accordance with the Vehicle & Traffic Act 1999 and Reserves, Parks and Gardens By-Law No.1 of 2017.
