Reporting a Parking Issue

If your enquiry is about a vehicle that is currently parked illegally or causing an obstruction:

  • For urgent issues: To report a vehicle that is parked dangerously or blocking access, please call Council on (03) 6424 0511 for an immediate response.

  • For non-urgent issues: To report a vehicle overstaying a time limit or other minor infringements, please continue with the form below.

Parking Maintenance - Meters / Car Park / Multi Level

Help us keep our public parking facilities safe, clean, and fully operational. This form is for reporting maintenance issues or damage to Council-owned parking meters, surface car parks, and the Multi-Level Car Park.


What to report using this form:

Please use this service to log a maintenance request for the following:

  • Parking Meters & Ticket Machines

    • A machine that is not accepting payment (coins or card).

    • A blank or unreadable screen.

    • Damage from vandalism or an accident.

    • A paper or ticket jam.

  • Council Car Parks (Surface & Multi-Level)

    • Potholes, trip hazards, or damaged surfaces.

    • Faded line markings.

    • Damaged or missing signage.

    • Faulty lighting, boom gates, or ticket machines.

    • Cleaning requirements, such as graffiti, litter, or spills.

    • Issues with lifts or stairwells in the Multi-Level Car Park.
