This service is for formal requests and enquiries relating to the Council’s decision-making processes, policies, elections, councilor realted activities, and regulatory functions.

Due to the formal nature of these matters, requests submitted here are managed by our Governance team.

Leasing - Council Building Management Enquiries

This section is for current tenants of Council-owned buildings. Please contact us for all property management matters, including:

  • Asking questions about your lease agreement, rental payments, or outgoings.

  • Requesting Council approval for proposed alterations, fit-outs, or new signage.

  • Discussing the renewal, transfer, or termination of your lease.


When logging a request, please provide the full address of your leased property and a detailed description of your enquiry to ensure it is handled efficiently by our Property Management team.

Requests for the Mayor and Councilors

This form is the official channel for submitting requests directly to the Mayor and Councilors of Devonport City Council. It is intended for matters that require their specific attention, such as formal invitations, correspondence on policy matters, and requests for official support.


The Mayor and Councilors are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Council and representing the community. They do not manage the day-to-day operations.


What is this service for?

Please use this form for the following types of requests:
