Cemetery Plaque Request

This form is for requesting the physical placement of a new plaque or the lifting of an existing plaque at Mersey Vale Memorial Park. Council does not design, supply, or manufacture plaques.


Plaque Placement

Select this service to arrange the installation of a new memorial plaque that you have already purchased from a supplier. Please be aware that all plaques must meet Council's size and material specifications. Our team will contact you to confirm the plaque meets these requirements, schedule the installation, and arrange payment of the placement fee.


Plaque Lifting

Select this service to request the raising and re-setting of an existing plaque that has sunk into the ground. Our team will contact you to schedule the work and arrange payment of the lifting fee.

Cemetery Maintenance / Mowing

This service is for reporting non-urgent maintenance issues or mowing requests for the grounds and facilities at the Mersey Vale Memorial Park. Your reports help our grounds crew keep the cemetery safe and well-presented for all visitors.


Reportable Maintenance Issues

  • Areas requiring mowing or lawn care.

  • Overgrown trees or shrubs needing pruning.

  • Fallen tree limbs or debris on paths or grounds.

Plot and Memorial Reservations

Reservations for burial plots, positions in our columbarium walls, or memorial garden placements must be arranged directly with our administrative team. This process ensures we can provide you with personal assistance regarding available options, fees, and all necessary arrangements.
