Skin Penetration

Public Health Risks Activities are defined under the Public Health Act 1997 as being activities such as Tattooing, Ear and Body Piercing and Acupuncture.

To carry out this type of activity the operator must be licensed and the premises must be registered and comply with the Guidelines.

You can find an online application form for registration below.  Licensing and registration is not transferable.
