Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Devonport City Council for the year ended 30 June 2020 will be held on Monday 9 November 2020 commencing at 5:30pm in the convention centre, Level 3 of the paranaple centre, 137 Rooke Street Devonport.

Registration is essential and can be made by phoning 6424 0511 or by email to [email protected] by 12 noon on Monday 9 November.  Any motions for the meeting must be received in writing by Tuesday 3 November, to ensure inclusion in the agenda, noting that motions from the floor will not be accepted.

Annual Report

The Council’s Annual Report is available online, or a printed copy can be obtained on request from the Council Offices, level 2, paranaple centre, 137 Rooke Street Devonport.  In accordance with the Section 72 of the Local Government Act 1993, submission on the Annual Report are invited and should be delivered to the undersigned by Tuesday 3 November, to permit them to be listed in the Agenda for discussion at the Annual General Meeting.
