Volunteering

Volunteers are an important part of any community's make-up. Without them, many of the services that are provided for our residents would not be possible. Volunteering not only offers people an opportunity to help others, it also enables them to put to good use, skills that have been developed throughout the years.

Devonport City Council offers a range of centres where volunteers can give their time and assistance including:

  • Visitor Information Centre
  • Devonport Regional Gallery
  • East Devonport Recreation & Function Centre
  • The Julie Burgess Project
  • Devonport Maritime Museum
  • Friends of the Don Reserve
  • Devonport Entertainment and Convention Centre

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at one of these centres, please download the form below and return to the Devonport City Council, where your application will be considered.
