The Tender Form and schedules are to be submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed with the contract description and the relevant contract number. Tenders can either be posted to Devonport City Council or placed in the tender box located in the front foyer area at the Council Chambers, to reach Council before the nominated closing time.
Tenders will be opened at the specified closing time at Devonport City Council Chambers. No public tender opening will be held. Tenders received by facsimile or email will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
