Community involvement in the development of the Strategic Plan helped us understand exactly what is important to our community. Thank you to all who participated or provided their suggestions. Your time, input and 'spirit' is greatly appreciated. On Monday 15 June 2009, Council adopted Devonport's Strategic Plan 2009-2030.

Rates and Charges Policy
Recent changes to the Local Government Act 1993 now require Council to adopt a Rates and Charges Policy. The policy can be downloaded and viewed via our About Rates and Valuations page.
Annual Plan & Estimates 2013-2014
At a Meeting of Council held on Monday 17 June 2013, the Annual Plan & Estimates for 2013-2014 was adopted. This document contains full detail of the activities to be undertaken, as reported against the Goals and Strategies of the Council's Strategic Plan 2009-2030. An estimated income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet and capital works program is also included together with a complete list of fees and charges applicable for the coming financial year.
