National Youth Week 2009 - 'Make a Move'

National Youth Week is on its way with some great free activities for the youth of Devonport to get involved in.

National Youth Week is held between 28th March and 5th April 2009.  Some of the events being hosted by the Zone are:

 Under 18's Disco - headlined by Shoe
When: Friday 27th March
Where: Devonport Surf Life Saving Club, Mersey Bluff
Time: Doors open at 7pm, music is from 7.30pm - 10.30pm
This event is free and there are no passouts.

Game Days at the Zone
What: A free afternoon/evening of food and fun.  There will be video games, Wii, eightball, ping pong and plenty more.
When: Tuesday 31st March, Wednesday 1st April & Thursday 2nd April
Where: The Zone Youth Centre, 64 Stewart Street, Devonport
Time: 4pm - 8pm

Northside Grind Skate Comp
What: Come and celebrate the opening of the new Devonport Skate Park with a skate competition and some of Devonport's sickest bands, plus a free barbeque.
When: Saturday 4th April
Where: Devonport Skate Park, Mersey Bluff
Time: Music and competition will run from 11am to 5pm
Registrations for the competition will be taken from 10am on the day, or you can register before hand at the Zone (6423 4099).
