Council Meetings

Council meetings are normally held on the 3rd Monday of each month starting at 6.00pm with the Closed Session of Council. Council meeting dates are advertised in The Advocate newspaper. Council meetings are open to the public from 7.15pm and time is set aside for questions to Council from those attending. An explanation of the Public Participation in Council Meetings is available in the attached document.

A copy of the Agenda is available from Customer Services or can be found on Council's website from the Thursday prior to the meeting. It can also be inspected at the Mersey Regional Library in Devonport.
