Your obligations around smoking

Requirements under the Public Health Act 1997 mean that certain areas within our community are required to be smoke free zones. These requirements exist to protect Tasmanians from harmful second-hand tobacco smoke.

Smoke-Free Areas

Smoke free areas include playgrounds, sporting facilities, outside dining areas and bus stops.  To obtain a full listing of smoke free areas click here
