DEVONPORT INTERIM PLANNING SCHEME 2013
Notice is hereby given that the Devonport City Council has initiated and certified a draft amendment under sections 34 and 35 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.
The draft amendment seeks to:
- Rezone 117 Tasman Street (CT 163203/1) from the General Industrial and Community Purpose zones to the General Residential zone.
The draft amendment can be viewed at the Council offices or on Council’s website by clicking here(PDF, 70MB). Section 39(1) of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 provides that representations in relation to the draft amendment can be made in writing to the undersigned at PO Box 604, Devonport or firstname.lastname@example.org by close of business on 1 July 2019.
